Jacob & his wives: Exploit & Elevation

In Hinduism, the deity Hanuman represents the evolution of the human mind going from its primal state moving from one place to another, and transforming into disciplined pure devotion through spiritual pursuits. Focusing on the God who lies within the heart and seeking virtue over pleasure. When you align with your inner God, you function off of negentropic energy which takes chaotic entropic energy, organizes it, and properly process it while evolving consciousness.

When Rama asks Hanuman, “How do you look upon me?” the great monkey gives a three-part answer. “When I believe I am the body, then I am your faithful servant. When I know I am the soul, I know myself to be a spark of your eternal light. And when I have the vision of truth, you and I, my Lord, are one and the same.” These are the three phases of consciousness we will travel if we complete our journey of apparent transformation. The body/mind initially believes he is doing the will of God through his service. This is Karma Yoga the yoga of service where one is developing righteous behaviors and rituals for the sake of programming the mind to sync with the divine order.

Next, we begin to understand the divine spark is expressed through us. This is the essence of Bhakti Yoga or Rajas Yoga. Here we perceive and develop a strong belief that the divine is within, in a more intimate space, and can be accessed easier almost like a friend. Jnana Yoga expresses the final stage, where we realize where He is I and I am Him. The tool that gave Hanuman the ability to conquer the primal mind is faith. That unchangeable focus on the joy permeating from the divine source in the heart. Here is where your memory is purified and the traumatic experiences of the past are healed because you remain and stand firmly in a state where you and the divine are one and you have been constantly guided this whole time. This is where Moses cries out to God for help when the Israelites were pressed against the sea of Reeds (field of Reeds/afterlife) ,” And the LORD said unto Moses, wherefore criest thou unto me? Speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:”. Alluding to the aforementioned that He is I and I is Him!

Another biblical account that speaks of the journey of the mind to self realization deals with Jacob and Esau. Jacob’s parents were Isaac and Rebekah. Isaac signifies the Venusian energy “desire”, and his name means joy, pleasure, or laughter, and is the reason we take on a physical form in the first place. Rebekah’s name means ” ensnarer” or “noose” representing the karma that follows desires that weren’t fulfilled. This ensnares the soul into the cycle of life, death, and rebirth. Yama, the Hindu deity of death and rebirth, carries a pasha which is Sanskrit for noose. This coincides with the definition of Rebekah to mean that she ensnares us, with her ensnaring beauty into a cycle of life, death, and rebirth, through the desires that overwhelm and consumes us. Remember you are of God and fell from that state to enjoy beauty and pleasure and in the pursuit of enlightenment we look to reclaim that state. Examples of this fall are the angels sleeping with the daughters of man and the immortal gods sleeping with mortal women.

Now Jacob represents a by product of our desires incarnated and is the Mercurian mind processing info from the 5 senses, and his name is supplanter for multiple reasons. First, we are supplanted by our thoughts and deceived into believing we are our thoughts and our thoughts come on the heel of our genetic and inheritance predisposition , Esau who is later called Edom deriving from the Hebrew word Dahm meaning blood where this genetic code lies. The mind becomes active following the development of the body. Consider the birth of the brothers whereby Esau, who represents the genetics/the blood/the body was born first and Jacob’s, who represents the mind came after when these senses are activated to collect information. Secondly, the mind can actually be used to override this genetic programming and free the soul properly placing it on a journey to liberation in the afterlife by properly learning and understanding purpose through past life and present memories. Even though the mind or mercury doesn’t typically remember past life it can deduce it from the moons emotional memory (the moon) and eventually restore it.

The story goes on to tell us that Jacob the mind is sent to Padan Aram that translates into the field of the high abode aka Elysium or field of Reeds (afterlife), Elysium is an edenic place where everything is in order or its original state when you reach the afterlife the opposite of Elysium is limbo the same exact place but things are out of order and in chaos. The state in which arrive to the afterlife is solely indicative of how your mind has properly processed those memories to reach self realization.
So Aram also shares the same root with the Sanskrit Rama which is Ram, remember Rama remained in the heart of Hanuman. Rama in Sanskrit means rest or stop Jacob was told to take a wife from the house of Bethuel meaning house of God, we know from many spiritual systems the house of God is the heart. Here the mind must make it’s way to the afterlife by submitting to the heart this must happen through Rama aka resting the mind. When we rest the mind the God within begins to restore that which the mind distorted through deception, remember Jacob deceived and his name shares the same meaning.

Before Jacob got to Padan-Aram he reached Beersheba meaning Seven wells this alludes to the seven energy centers of the body known as chakras. He fell asleep on a stone which is symbolic of Gaia or earth, while his falling asleep is an expression of our unconsciousness toward our true God self while we are on earth. While sleep he seen angels going up and down the ladder. To understand what’s happening to Jacob and the mind we must understand angel and demons and free will. Once on Earth or Gaia we are given free will, whereas angel are negentropic or orderly energy while demons are entropic energy. But let’s be clear both angels and demons are expressions of God and fall under the category of messengers the English word for Mala’ak which we call angels. Ok so while on Gaia and entropic reduction trainer we can choose negentropy or entropy while angels or demons express one or the other. This is why when an angel or God like negentropic being chooses desires he is locked in a place where free will is accepted called earth until he realizes and act in the state of his original god-self.

In Jacob’s dream messengers are going up and down the ladder. While going up the the individual mind or conscious is feeding the collective conscious or the Godhead. While the angel descending upon Beersheba shows that messages are being relayed at the chakras, each chakra represents and archangel or messenger. A well balanced chakra can be considered to be influenced by angels why an imbalanced chakra represents demons. Chakras and their biblical correlation are in the Adahmic Yoga book. If the heart forms the house of God then the other chakra center would be considered houses of God, again angels expressions of God. Jacob calls the place Bethel house of God and it was initially call Luz meaning and almond tree and this in itself is a representation of the chakras because the budding energy up the spine or tree.

Jacob come unto the people of Haran, Haran is a deserted parched mountain in Padan-Aram. This dried up land is the expression of Limbo or the Chaos the mind enters Elysium when it isn’t fully evolved. There he meets Rachel the descendant of Bethel aka the heart. Rachel means ewe lamb or to be delicate, here we began to understand the delicate nature of the heart and the desire of masculine to find solace in the tenderness of feminine energy. We must understand Jacob was a mama’s boy and was abruptly ripped from his mother and that feminine void is now present and becomes a strong desire. Remember what Jacob did to Esau he seen a need or an obvious desire of Esau and exploited him and now the laws of Karma dictate that if you exploit you must be exploited and so now Jacob will big exploited by the biggest exploited of them all “Emotions”.It isn’t that the mind or Jacob is e tremendous wicked its the natural functioning of the mind in this reality to manifest through maneuvering or manipulation. Take a child for example, if a child ask for something and you deny them, they will act sad or keep asking until you give in or utterly shut down the proposition. What is happening is that the child’s mind is trying to exploit the nature of a parent which is to nurture or nourish the child until that natural desire kicks in.

Jacob goes to Laban who is his mothers brother represents the moon and it governs emotions. Laban means white, alluding to the whiteness of the moon. Bethuel is the heart and his soon is an offshoot representing emotions. He has two daughters Leah grief and Rachel tenderness two conditions of the heart. When we seek love we are drawn by its delicateness but somehow it is swapped with grief.

Jacob deceived his father into thinking that he was Esau. Later Laban deceives Jacob by offering Rachel’s hand in marriage but was given Leah to wed instead. Jacob’s karma was that on top of the 7 years he agreed to labor for Rachel, he was given an additional 7 years to serve as well. This means in order to get to the pureness and gentleness of the heart you have to deal with the grief. To the ladies, handmaids were given to Leah/Grief was given Zilpah and her name means dropping as in dropping of countenance or spirit and in a funny way it is alluding to Myrrh which is used in purification and boosting the spirit. When you are grieving myrrh is excellent. To Rachel/tenderness was given Bilhah her name meaning modesty or feeble. The concept behind this is the masculine knight in shinning armor is attracted to the delicate feminine which he needs to protect and provide for. When a woman is modest her behavior and or dress is not intended to arouse unwanted attention because she understands her vulnerability while a woman who is not modest attracts the attention wanted and unwanted as almost like baiting and gives off signals as if she doesn’t need protection. Hence modesty is an attempt to protect the delicate nature of a woman. Now back to the surface level of the story.

The Lord seen that Leah was hated and he opened up her womb. On the surface, we would ask why the Lord helped Leah when she was deceitful. Wouldn’t Jacob be frustrated that Leah keeps getting pregnant and not Rachel? Here goes one of the most important parts about life and properly processing the information to understand paradise or Padan-Aram, and that’s Karma. Grief or Leah needs to be multiplied in order to learn from it your Karma. Why is wicked Laban wealthy, well if Laban wasn’t wealthy Jacob would have never been able to be exploited by is emotions to later rid himself of the power the emotions had over him. Instead of looking at who is evil an why you have to look at the purpose they play in order to pay off negative Karma and once you take that approach you can unlock your power and abode victimization and see the purpose each being played in your life for your own personal growth. At the end of the encounter Jacob no longer deceives he actually uses his power to free himself of exploitation.
